This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between Cory Propp (“the Consultant”) and the client.

Purpose: The consultation aims to provide personalized advice on traveling or living in the Philippines, including recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and practical tips, based on the consultant’s 13+ years of expat experience in Asia, including 10+ years in Manila, Cebu, Palawan, Dumaguete, and other locations. The consultant will answer your questions, identify suitable options, and suggest next steps for planning your Philippine adventure.

Client Responsibility: The client must provide accurate and complete information relevant to their travel or lifestyle plans. Failure to disclose relevant details may affect the quality of advice provided.

Advice Current on Consultation Date: The advice is based on the consultant’s knowledge and experience as of the consultation date. The consultant is not responsible for changes in travel conditions, regulations, or other factors that may affect the client’s plans.

No Guarantee on Outcome: The consultant will provide advice to the best of their knowledge but does not guarantee specific outcomes for the client’s travel, accommodation, or lifestyle goals.

Confidentiality: All information provided by the client will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines.

Fees: The client agrees to pay the fees indicated in the booking tool for the selected consultation services.

By paying the consultation fee, the client confirms they have read and agree to the terms of this agreement.
